One new website, two ways to run it
Both demos show the same new design and the same projects. The only difference is the editor your team would use. Try the three tasks below in each, then send us your scores.

Your scores
How easy was each task? 1 means very hard and 5 means very easy. Your answers stay in this browser until you copy them.
How they compare
| WordPress | Next.js + Decap | |
|---|---|---|
| Look and mobile | Identical | Identical |
| Editing | Edit the page itself, then Save. Live instantly. | A form with a live preview. The site updates about a minute after Publish. |
| Upkeep | WordPress and plugin updates are needed regularly for security. | Almost none. The live site is plain files. |
| Hosting cost | Needs a PHP host (PFC already pays for one). | Can be hosted at no cost. |
| Speed | Fast if kept lean. | Very fast by default. |
| Finding help later | Easy: most freelancers know WordPress. | Harder: needs a developer comfortable with this setup. |
| When something breaks | Staff can often fix it themselves. | More likely to need a developer. |
Good to know
- Both demos are private to your browser. Nothing you change is public or reaches PFC’s real website, so experiment freely. The Decap demo resets when you reload; the WordPress demo may remember your changes in this browser.
- In the Decap demo, your changes show in the preview beside the form. On the real site, Publish updates the live page about a minute later.
- Boxes that say "from PFC needed" are waiting for photos from your team.
- Every status says "to confirm" except Himalayan Kids, until your team confirms which work is active.
